Documents Required for Trademark Registration;

  • Application information (Information of the Person or Company that you will specify during the application form)
  • Full commercial title, full address and tax office/number (tax plate) for legal entities
  • TR identity number (copy of identity card) in application for real persons
  • List of goods or services belonging to your trademark (it will be used in brand class selection and covers the fields of activity of your brand.)
  • Sample of your logo in JPG format
  • Power of Attorney (The Power of Attorney issued by us must be approved by sealed and signed.) Notarization Is Not Required.)
  • Receipt of the fee payment made to the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.
